For Philippe Chevrier, cooking is a real vocation<\/b>. A passion passed on by his mother and grandmother, who used to prepare generous family-style dishes. Motivated by the desire to pass on the emotions of his childhood, he opened his first restaurant at just 29 years of age.<\/p>\n

His style is a blend of rigour and creativity, discretion and openness<\/b>. Far from ephemeral trends and fashions, he is committed to the long term and to tradition.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n

Philippe Chevrier offers you the opportunity to develop franchises for two successful concepts<\/strong>: Chez Philippe<\/strong><\/em>, the bar-grill inspired by New York steakhouses, and Denise’s Art of Burger<\/strong><\/em>, tasty and creative gourmet burgers. These restaurants opened in 2014 and 2015, and are well known and recognised in Geneva.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
