A true American-style steak house, inspired by Philippe Chevrier’s travels in New York. Open every day and located in the heart of Geneva, Chez Philippe offers exceptional meats cooked over beech wood. On the ground floor, the bar offers continuous service from 11.30am to 11pm.

Le Café des Négociants
The Café des Négociants is one of the oldest bistros in Carouge. In a warm, authentic setting reminiscent of the bouchons of Lyon, it serves generous, flavoursome market cuisine, with emblematic dishes such as the entrecôte Carougeoise and pan-fried frogs’ legs.

Open since 2017 at Globus, Les Aviateurs joins Philippe Chevrier’s collection of addresses in 2022. This elegantly styled tea-room bar attracts a regular clientele from breakfast to afterwork.

L’Épicerie de Châteauvieux, created in 2003 with Thierry Jeantet, awarded best sommelier in Switzerland by Gault&Millau in 2000. L’Épicerie offers a selection of almost 150 products.
Philippe Chevrier wines, a range created in 2006 in association with winemaker Nicolas Bonnet and Cave de Genève oenologists Florian Barthassat and Patrick Gräzer.
Domaine de Choully, owned by Philippe Chevrier since 2004. Located in Satigny, it hosts private and corporate events managed by Gastronomic Events.

- Le Patio Rive Gauche, taken over in 2013 with a concept based around beef and lobster.
- Monsieur Bouillon, opened in 2020 in the Quartier des Banques, with a menu featuring eggs and chicken.
