With 50 years’ experience in the restaurant business and at the head of a group with over 130 employees, Philippe Chevrier is launching his consulting business to help entrepreneurs set up or develop their businesses in the restaurant sector. As passionate as ever, he is keen to share his expertise and know-how.
Philippe Chevrier has developed some fifteen concepts. Surrounded by staff who are experts in their field, whether in the dining room, in the kitchen or in administrative management, he draws on the skills of his teams and a powerful network of partners to launch this new business. Philippe Chevrier’s aim is to offer a structured service tailored to each project.
