For Philippe Chevrier, cooking is a real vocation. A passion passed on by his mother and grandmother, who used to prepare generous family-style dishes. Motivated by the desire to pass on the emotions of his childhood, he opened his first restaurant at just 29 years of age.

His style is a blend of rigour and creativity, discretion and openness. Far from ephemeral trends and fashions, he is committed to the long term and to tradition.

Philippe Chevrier is a gastronomic craftsman as well as an entrepreneur who runs a number of restaurants. Warm, authentic places where conviviality and excellence are the watchwords. Since he started out in the restaurant business, Philippe Chevrier has developed some fifteen concepts. Each one has been a success. What sets him apart is his innate business sense, the lightning speed of his ideas and his long-term vision.

With 50 years’ experience in the restaurant business and at the head of a group with more than 130 employees, Philippe Chevrier is launching his consulting business to help entrepreneurs create or develop their businesses in the restaurant sector.
As passionate as ever, and surrounded by colleagues who are experts in their field, he is keen to share his know-how.
